IBERS: Work to start 2.7.18 (27-06-2018)Construction work on the £40.5m Aberystwyth Innovation and Enterprise Campus is set to start on 2 July 2018 at Aberystwyth University's Gogerddan campus near Penrhyncoch.
The Innovation Campus will foster collaboration between business and academia, providing world-leading facilities and expertise for the food and drink, bio-processing and biotechnology sectors.
The construction contract for the ambitious development has been awarded to Willmott Dixon Construction Limited and is expected to take two years to complete.

Many thanks to all of you who have purchased my recent book on the house and farm names of Bont-goch (Elerch). The first edition is almost out of print, and £500 from the sales proceeds has been donated to the Wales Air Ambulance. A second revised edition, with some changes and additional photographs, is in the press, and will be available shortly. An ideal Christmas present!
